Cale Godwin boot camp workouts are a mixture of all the training that he has learned over the years. From training for sports like hockey, baseball, boxing, muay thai. Cale Godwin's knowledge of yoga is also a huge contribution to his boot camps because you get stiff when you workout and the perfect compliment to that are the right types of stretches which he incorporates into every workout.
