Les Specialistes HCS was established in 1999 by Robert Sobha and Sheldon Rozansky with the goal of offering small and medium-sized businesses the ability to use their computers to its maximum potential. Both men saw how the computer industry was ignoring the needs of small and home based business and felt that their 30 years of computer experience between them could give these businesses the ability to compete using technology.
